Get Echo Messages (GEM) requires the creation of one file in your GTPATH
directory. Filename: MDIR.BBS - It's format:
C:\ECHOS\E00-027
C:\echos\e00-059
Note: NOT case sensative! - Also, JUST the message directory, as it appears in
your MESSAGE DISTRIBUTION/GTMDIR.BBS file.
Functionality of the program - what it does -

Cliff Hemstock from Net/Node 032/003 had created a dos batch file (for Dos 3.3)
that would do what this program does....
Upon getting the directory info from the MDIR.BBS (See above), the program will
change directories to that area, plus \GTMSGS, and proceed to process the
messages in that area - .MSG files. GEM will extract the Net/Nodes from the
.ORIGIN lines from the messages, thus gathering the source of the msgs.
